DOT/CDL

Physicals

A Department of Transportation or Commercial Driver’s License Physical is a medical exam only performed by members of the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners.

A DOT/CDL Physical is valid for up to 2 years from the date of the exam and is determined based on several health factors including vision, heart, lungs, blood pressure, urinalysis, etc.

Certain medications and health conditions require medical releases prior to completing your DOT/CDL Health Physical. If you have any questions, please call our office prior to scheduling your physical.

Drug testing is not a required part of the DOT physical exam, but your company may request that you do both at the same time. In that case, In Motion Family Chiropractic is here for your drug testing needs. Learn more here.
