Uber and Lyft requirements
If you want to drive for Uber or Lyft you are required to receive a medical exam prior to being hired. This is to ensure that you are healthy to drive others. These physicals are similar to the DOT/CDL Physicals, as we look at the whole body and ensure that you are healthy enough to drive.
Pre-employment physicals are similar to the Uber/Lyft physical. The exam may be altered slightly depending on the type of work you will be doing to ensure you can do your job safely.
Certain medications and health conditions require medical releases prior to completing your physical. If you have any questions, please call our office prior to scheduling your physical.
